It starts in 1988
My parents fled the Iran Iraq war and landed in Vancouver in May 1988 with no money and no English. Two months later, I was born. Everything they built here, they built from scratch: through work, through saving, and through real estate.
That is not a marketing line. It is the lens I see this business through. When a young couple sits across from me wondering if ownership is even possible in this city, I am not guessing at the answer. I watched my own family live it.
The photographer's eye
I picked up a camera at 15, volunteering just to get access to a darkroom. By 16 I was self employed. Photography taught me business, discipline, and detail years before most people get their first job, and it trained my eye to see what a space could be, not just what it is.
That eye never switched off. It shows up in how my listings are presented, how properties are marketed, and how I spot potential in a home that other people scroll past.
From hobby to career
Real estate started as a passion. Friends and family kept coming to me for advice, and the advice kept working out. So in my early twenties I retired the camera, got licensed, and never looked back. Since 2012, my business has been built almost entirely on referrals from the people I have helped and the people they trust.
Who I work with
My clients split roughly down the middle: locals moving up the property ladder, and newcomers navigating a Canadian purchase for the first time. First condo, forever home, investment property, foreclosure, court ordered sale, or a full building sellout, I have guided all of them across Vancouver, the North Shore, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam and Port Moody.
Farsi was my first language. If your family is new to Canada, I know that road personally, and I know how much clear, honest guidance matters when everything else is unfamiliar.
How I work
Clients describe me with three words: honest, caring, diligent. My job is not just to walk beside you through a transaction. It is to run ahead, spot the problems before they reach you, and give you a straight answer even when it is not the easy one. Your best interest is my best interest. That is not a slogan, it is how a referral business has survived since 2012.
