Real estate is my passion and my business. Born and raised in Vancouver, I know the Lower Mainland inside and out. I have watched it grow as our population has doubled. I have seen how this city has grown as I have grown with it. My insights here help me see and understand the way this city will continue to evolve. There is nowhere else like Vancouver and it truly is a unique market.
I wasn’t always a realtor. My first love was photography, a career I began at the age of 15. I volunteered to gain access to a darkroom, equipment, and experience, and then had my first paying gig at 16. Being a photographer provided me with unparalleled education on life, business, and everything in between.
I reached the peak of my photography career in my early 20’s and decided I was ready for a new challenge. Real estate had been my hobby for years, and I began to find that my friends and family were coming to me for real estate guidance, all of which, to my relief, turned out to be successful sound advice. So, I retired my camera gear and became a realtor. I’ve never looked back. I love my city and I love what I do.
Whether your interest in real estate is for your personal residence or an investment (or both), I can confidently provide the expert advice you need to make the best decision possible. I specialize in the Lower Mainland, not a specific region within it, so ask me anything - your search knows no limits with me. It is not uncommon for me to be working from Surrey to Burnaby to the North Shore all on the same day. I have also worked with developers in the South Okanagan.
My experience and expertise include commercial and vacant land. These are more specialized, niche areas of the market and, especially with vacant land, often requiring a unique perspective to realize the full potential of a space. The photographer in me is constantly looking at the world through multiple lenses, a skill that transfers naturally into the seeing both the business and design possibilities in a property, and communicating these ideas to my clients. It is incredibly rewarding to take part in helping my clients achieve their visions.
Buying and selling property is not a simple transaction. It is a process that takes time (and sometimes stress), but it is also fun and exciting. The time affords me the opportunity to build strong relationships and a foundation of trust with my clients, which is what I find so fulfilling about being a realtor. I won't just be with you every step of the way, but it’s my duty to also run ahead to anticipate your needs and ensure things go smoothly. Your best interest is in my best interest, therefore making it my priority to ensure you are completely satisfied.
